Add new term " inflorescence bifuraction stage"

correct PO:001072: lodicule primordia visible definition

Fixed the spelling of  petal, sepal, stamen primordium. Primord(I)um was mispelled.

Added to new synonyms to term '4 anthesis' PO:0007616, 'stage 14 flower in Arabidopsis' and 'stage 15 flower in Arabidopsis'.

Renamed 'A zygote' to 'A zygotic stage'

1. In the flat OBO file, un-obsoleted 3 terms:

PO:0007040 leaf development stage
PO:0007011 root development stage
PO:0007020 embryo development stage

2. Removed "OBSOLETE" from thier definitions

3. In DAG editor, merged each of the above terms to their respective counterparts (in plural)

root term made obsolete keeping it consistent with the po_anatomy.obo file
 terms with ids PO:0007011, PO:0007020, PO:0007040
the term names had OBOSLETE in it. It was corrected.
The term name must not have "OBSOLETE" in it except
for the term that is a parent for obsolete terms.
Also the OBSLETE spelling was wrong.
The word "OBOSLETE was added to the definition section
of the above three terms.

Changed flowering prefix to FL, obsoleted children terms from plant part stages.

The term ids starting with PO:00063xx were replaced with PO:00071xx.
the ids with 6300s went in accidently in the previous versions
the ids 00063xx were found to be in use in the po_anatomy terms.

children terms under 0-gremination now has prefix digits with a decimal. 0.0, 0.1, 0.5 and 0.7, instead of the earlier 00, 01, 05, 07.
This was done to overcome the conflicts with number systems 1, 2, 3, 4,...8 of the main growth stages.

The following growth stage grouping term was made obsolete,
and its children terms are now stand alone growth stages.

We suggest keeping them separate, because one is a developmental aspect and other is a physiological one.

In the following terms word "formation" is replaced with "visible"

	because we encountered a problem while doing the Maize mapping exercises. The two curators were using this for mapping the terms for "inflorescence (tassel/ear) initiation/development", whwreas those were plant part development term. This was a conflict. We thought that this might cause confusion for the users too, thus the term name was changed to reflect that argument.

Added definitions to the
plant growth stages and booting terms as suggested in the February conf call.

This is an ontology of the flowering plant growth and developmental stages.
The format is OBO-flat file.
Please do not use this ontology for implementation. It is still under development
